Tool & Die Inc. is an ISO-9001:2000 registered, CNC
equipped machine shop located in Mid-Michigan. Don’t
let our small size deceive you, we have been serving
companies both local and worldwide for over 29 years. In
that time, we have and continue to cater to the
aerospace, industrial, automotive, government
industries, with our main focus being the aerospace
arena. At MIKA Tool, we work with everyone from the
local agricultural business to Fortune 500 companies and
all of our work is treated with equal importance.

MIKA
Tool is a fully staffed and fully equipped manufacturing
facility that provides precision machining services. Our
capabilities include vertical milling, 2 axis turning,
vertical CNC milling, CNC turning and cylindrical
grinding. MIKA specializes in close tolerance CNC
machine work in a variety of materials including steel,
stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, plastics and
composite materials. Stainless steel details are our
specialty in low to medium volumes as well as production
quantities. We also have in house CMM capabilities.
We also have a group of dedicated outside suppliers
that we use for heat treatment, plating, specialty
machining and inspection purposes. All of our suppliers
are ISO quality registered and many also possess AS9100
and NADCAP accreditations as well. |
